Q: Is it possible to get an NEFT refund if I paid through Credit/Debit card or Netbanking?
No, if you paid through Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. NEFT refunds are only applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Q: Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.) on items sold by Ytaminzfashion?
No, there are no hidden costs on items sold by Ytaminz. The price you see at checkout is the final price, including all applicable taxes. However, a ₹50 COD charge applies to Cash on Delivery orders.
